Repairs Can Be Cheaper Than Replacement
Depending on the type of damage, roof repairs are often cheaper than replacing your entire roof. If your roof suffered damage due to wind or falling tree limbs having only the damaged area repaired may be what you need.
Small Areas Versus Sections
If you have a more significant amount of damage to one side of your home’s roof we may advise you to replace that section. Even with the closest color match possible replacing a small grouping of shingles can be noticeable cosmetically like patches. If that’s the case we may advise that you replace one section of your roof, which will be much easier to blend.
Fix The Problem Area Fast
The longer you wait, the more you’ll probably have to pay. When it comes to damaged roofs, procrastination is not your friend. One water leak can cause significant damage to your home interior if not tended to.
Wind Hail Damage You May File A Claim
Depending on what caused the damage and the cost of repair you may be able to file a claim with your home owners insurance. We are very familiar with working with insurance companies and we’ll let you know if it’s something that is typically covered by insurance when we come out for our first inspection.
Have It Done The Right Way, Make It Last
If your’e going to have roof repair done, make sure it’s done the right way. There are a lot of “roofers” in town with little experience. It’s important to use a roofer who knows the city building codes and the proper way to perform the repair. Your roof is on the line, and if it’s not done properly it can cost you thousands of dollars later on.
